Device delivery
Royal Mail could not deliver my broadband device.
so they have returned it. And I have an engineer coming on Monday
what do I do

@Millie21 the engineer can complete their work withiut the hub but you want becable to use your new service. Give Sky a call to get a replacement sent out.
