Device connectivity

Hi,

 

Since yesterday, I have been unable to connect my Sky TV box in the bedroom to Wi-Fi. The connection keeps failing during setup.

 

I have tried reconnecting several times yesterday and again this morning, but it still will not connect. My Wi-Fi appears to be working normally on other devices, so the issue seems to be with the Sky box.

 

Could you please investigate this and advise on any troubleshooting steps or whether there is a known issue?

We are customers here who help each other so if you Sky box has a wps button try pressing that until the light flashes then do the same on your broadband hub to see if they then connect up.
