When I ordered sky broadband I was told we would get wi fi in every room but it is not good in our upstairs bed rooms , we need a wi fi extender please

@Denis37 Sky only provide WiFi boosters as part of the Sky WiFi Max subscription, more information can be found here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max . You may want to look at buying your own 3rd party extenders that way there is no ongoing monthly fee and you can use them with any provider should you change in the future.
