Delivery

The equipment is being delivered but I will not be home until I month later when the engineer calls im on extended holiday

@Jimmy110 Sky dispatch the hub you require by Royal Mail to arrive roughly 2 days before the install. If the postman cannot deliver then they should leave a card indicating the address where you can collect the package when you are around.

2 days is ok but not a month in advance not due until 16/10/25

They are dispatched by Royal Mail and the post man/woman have a habit of leaving the parcel outside but hidden from general view ie; behind a bin, so you don't want it sat outside in all weathers.

@Jimmy110 If you have ordered anything TV related ie a puk wireless streaming unit, then that is out the door to you asap, Broadband hub should only be a few days before, You do not say what you are having done so it's just all guess work for advice to you! Forum is all about cust - cust and you are not talking to sky direct!
