Delivery of Router
I've ordered Sky and router is being sent out to the address but it is a holiday home so no guarantee that someone will be there. Is there any way to change the address for delivery to my home address instead ?

Re: Delivery of Router
The hub will only be sent to the address that is on the account, it should be delivered by Royal Mail if that helps so if you miss the delivery you might be able to arrange another one.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
If you need help please provide as much information as you can

Re: Delivery of Router
The delivery address can only be selected at point of sale, there is a section during the sales process where the agent would have asked you where you wanted the router delivered too, the account address or a temporary address
once the order is placed it cannot be changed
You can try to set up a mail redirect with Royal Mail if the delivery is with then or if it's DPD then you may be able to modify the delivery address in their app

Re: Delivery of Router
@Claire282 the postman should leave a card if there is nobody present to take the package with the address of the local mail delivery centre where you have 14 days from memory to pick up,the package.

Re: Delivery of Router
In my sons case the postie left a card as to where they'd left the package 'hidden' behind a wheelie bin. Luckily he got a tracking message as well and we were able to drive over to take it inside for him.
Warning: there has been a report on here of the package being left in the wheelie bin on bin collection day!
