Delivery change

Hi there can I please change my delivery address please for the broadband. As I'm currently not at the apartment and they don't have a system for postage

@Suvichha  The hub can only be delivered to the supply address, if it can't be delivered it will normally be returned to the local sorting office where you may be able to pick it up.

 

Also for your awareness you're not contacting Sky customer services by posting here.

Hubs are dispatched via Royal Mail to the account address. Once sent out you should be able to track it at which point you may be able to choose an alternative delivery address.
