Hi. Im trying to order a broadband to a new house. Im inserting the new delivery address and when i go to checkout the delivery address is my old one and it does not let me change it.

Find out moreIf you are already a Sky customer at a different address and are moving you can either use Skys home moving service or you will need to set it up as if you were a new customer so make sure you are logged out of your current account and then place the order using a different email address during the process.
