Delay in my Sky Broadband installation

Hello Sky Team,

I received my Sky Broadband Hub already. My original installation and activation date was 15 August 2025, but on Monday I received a call saying that the date needs to be changed. I also received your email on 11 August confirming the delay.

 

However, I have not received a new installation/activation date yet.

Could you please:

 

  1. Give me the estimated new installation/activation date.
  2. Confirm if a technician visit will be required or if the activation will be done remotely.
