Delay in installation

Hi team

I have ordered sky broadband 20 days back yesterday I received sky device. But today 4 April was installation but no one showed up 

he I called to agent and updated everything regarding late installation but no one responded 

this is worst service from sky team 

pls contact

@Balajirayanki  I'm afraid this is a customer helps customer forum, no one will contact you on the back of a forum post.

 

If your broadband was a re mote activation it may well go live anytime up to midnight.

 

Does anything show on your order tracking page?
