Delay in broadband installation
Hi, I'm currently waiting on sky Broadband and talk being installed in my house. I was given Friday the 19th as a installation date. I have still not had any word on wither or not I'm getting broadband. I hope I would get better customer service from such a big name company, I understand it's landed on the Christmas period, but this should of been stated as an issue when booking. The ductant has been laid from fiber pole to my house, this work was carried out by myself hoping to speed up the process, but no joy. Can you please help?

@Conner2 You would need to call sky, and whoever is doing the Fibre install just may not use anything that you have done!
