Recently I switched my Sky WiFi package and was reassured by Sky rep that my service would be comparable to the my current one. I received the new router and installed but the broadband speed and reach degraded considerably
could you advise what to do here
I already used the Sky test app and shows service is ok but not as good as it used to be and not connecting to my car parked outside cause it does not reach
