Deco M4
Do I need to disable WiFi via my sky app when I have the Deco m4 mesh system set up? I have 3 across 2 floors, I have Full Fibre 500 with multiple devices connected including gaming computer, 2 iPhones,2 tablets, Amazon echo show, ring doorbell & camera.
I get between 180 & 320mbps with signal dropping out upstairs especially on the gaming computer.
any advice on this would be appreciated.

Re: Deco M4
@AaronJames It all depends on how you have setup your deco and master deco unit connected by the Ethernet cable to the Sky Max hub, you got the deco and the sky sitting next to each other then YES get the wireless wi-fi disabled on the Sky hub.
Your Deco mesh is NOT a magic pill, speed net to the main deco will be up there at near the max device dependant, same device at a deco sat unit DO NOT expect the same, as an example 500mb/s at the master, 150mb/s at the sat unit...

Re: Deco M4
Hello thanks for your help, I have the main deco connected directly into my sky max hub using Ethernet cable, can I confirm I just need to disable WiFi through the hub into the deco system?

Re: Deco M4
@AaronJames Yes you are safe to turn the wireless Wi-Fi off on the hub, both bands 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz and let the Deco mesh take care off all the wireless signal control. You will need to use the sky app to turn them off on the sky Max hub!

Re: Deco M4
Done this now, thank you. Will it take so long etc for the speeds/connection to catch up in the system? The mesh system has been connected to the router for few months now if that makes any difference
