App says broadband and WiFi okay but no devices connected and we cannot connext

Same here. App says no problem with broadband or Wi-Fi but we have two green and one orange light. Can't fix it

We also have the same issue. App says everything is fine (except our streaming tv puck... not sure what that's about), but no internet and no connection.
