Daughters television won’t connect to broadband.
Hi.
we switched to sky broadband this week. My daughter can't connect her television to the broadband. we have typed in the correct passwords, reset the network and the television does not connect even though the broadband is working on every other device around the house. When connecting it the telly buffers as if it is going to connect and then says the WiFi is unreachable and can't connect to the television . How do we connect it to the television and it actually connect without it saying it is unable to do so. We have been trying for two days to connect it.

@Clairerose1 try turning off the power to the TV and wait until the power led goes out, then plug the TV back into the power and try again. This process should cause the TV to reboot clearing its memory allowing it tonaccept the new password.

@Chrisee thanks so much. I have been trying to do this since you recommended it but every time I go onto manage WiFi security settings I get a message saying to come back later as sky is having a problem . 😩
