@Marshall+Stonestr you are not talking to Sky orders for broadband always take at least 2 weeks the only overnight delivery is for Sky Stream pucks. If you ordered both the pucks and broadband as a bundle the agent should have explained the different dates but unfortunately they dont seem to always make thst clear. If you have a different broadband service before tge switch to Sky the pucks will work if connected tothat.
