There is a line damaged locally which has caused all of our broadband to disconnect. Who should we report the fault to?

If the line causing a danger or obstruction you should report it directly to Openreach here: https://www.openreach.com/help-and-support/damage-health-and-safety

If it isnt causing a danger or obstruction and its just affecting your service then you should report it to Sky.
