Damage to phone line outside of house

Hi all - can anyone point me towards the route to get an engineer out to look at the cabling on the outside of my house? The storm over the weekend pulled a twisty willow off the wall of our house over the weekend, and it took some of our cabling with it. It's separated a junction box coming off the phone line connection into our house - is see 2x severed wires and about 20cm of exposed copper cable. Amazingly our Internet is still working, and because of this I can't get the air chatbot to recognise a fault, and I'm not getting any options to book repair work via the sky app. Does anyone have any advice for me? I suspect the wires are owned by Openreach, but they're pretty impossible to contact as well. Thanks in advance - Ben.

@BenMD It's a call to sky your provider, let them know that there is damage to the External cable and they organise the repair for you!

Thanks, the problem I have is that there are no contact phone numbers being surfaced to me as a customer,  and when I asked the app to let me speak to someone it directed me here.

@BenMD Not easy to find, but use the link below, post 4 and down click on that scroll to call us, click there and you will see the number to call! Number is not allowed to be posted on this Forum!

@BenMD Engineers as you say will be well busy and get to it when sky can find an appointment slot for you!
