Daisy chaining another router from sky router

I have an internet cable running from the sky router in my house to the outhouse at the bottom of the garden. I would like to out a wireless router in the outhouse. Would this be possible

No, what you need is either a network switch and and/or an access point (AP).  Using 2 routers would cause many more issues than it resolves, in addition Sky would not give you a 2nd hub/router.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@GOWZA as @GD1 points out what you require is a WiFi access point which are quite easy and cheap to buy while some routers can be configured to work in access point mode it is a bit of a waste. Sky hub's cannot be configured to act as APs.

Simply plug in the ethernet cable into the AP modt of which come with at least one other ethernet ports you can use to connectva PC or indeed an ethernetvswitch
