Suspected fault with Broadband box

Although I have run tests on line for broadband and for WIFI the fault light on on the broadband box is red

@Strewth if you are referring to the LOS light on the ONT box that means the unit has lost the optical signal which will require Openreach to trace the fault and fix it. First step is report the fault to Sky.

If the red fault LED is on the lower right in a cluster of three (and the broadband is actually working) then it's indicating that the cells in the Battery Backup Unit are no longer capable of holding any useful amount of charge: this doesn't affect the internet connection itself.
