Daily drop out

Hi all

 

I seem to suffer a daily drop out which is affecting my work as I work from home lecturing.  Today's stats are below.  Any ideas?

Sounds like a faulty router then. I would call Sky and tell them, they should send you a new one. Alternatively I can escalate your post to chat with a Sky rep on here if you prefer.

From the time of posting your stats your hub had been up for 6hrs without drops. When was the last time you'd noticed a drop?

That was the last drop.  It tends to drop once a day.  It used to be a rare event but it has been occurring daily lately.  Having said that, I haven't had one yet today.

Does the router reboot on its own or do you do it?

It resets on its own.

Many thanks for your help.  I will contact Sky and see if I can get a new router.
