Daily Issues with my Broadband

I work from home and am having constant issues with my broadband. At numerous times during the day I am receiving messages saying `poor network quality, check your internet connection`. When I do check you say there are no issues! This is really affecting my ability to do my job. Please can you get back to me urgently.

@Maria191 you are talking to Sky by posting in the forum however forum members maybe able to help. However we need some more information like what happens tomthe leds on the hub when you lose connection and if possible includecyou black Sky hubs connection stats see Find your Sky Broadband router statistics
