Connected to sky broadband and Wi-Fi on 25, September signal has been really really bad since it was

Switched to Sky broadband and Wi-Fi on 25, September 2024. Signal has been really bad ever since, much worse than my previous provider. Unable to make calls through Wi-Fi, WhatsApp calls cut off or can't get a connection signal. Need wifi to do business and make emergency calls.Really bad Wi-Fi very slow. Unable to download or open apps. I would like a credit refund for this month as have not been able to use the service properly. Very, very disappointed. Please call as soon as possible to fix this issue. Long-standing, Sky customer, not happy.
