DROP IN BROADBAND SPEED

My broadband speed has dropped from 120mbh to  50 mbh

I have tried all the suggested methods to correct it, ie,  switching router  off for a few mins and then back on but speed is still the same, should be 120mbh.  I have tried phoning Sky helpline which seems impossible, just directs you to use online help such as this but am getting nowhere fast.
