DNS Issues

Hi My devices either can't connect to my router or don't stay connected, as they're experiencing DNS issues. However, using a 3rd party netgear extender, I'm able to at least connect my devices to the Internet, albeit with a lesser speed than I'm paying for. When I try and contact Sky about the router, all I'm getting in the app is "everything is fine", but clearly it's not. Any advice? Or do I just cancel this and try a new provider? Thanks
