Cutting Out Low Bars Small House

Hello, 

We got our wifi installed late last year, and it has not worked properly. We have a small flat, and yet the wifi does not reach across the whole flat. Moreover, it cuts out around 10 times a day for about a minute at a time. Our wifi is very important to us as we often work in online meetings. 

Our wifi appears on the box as if it is working fine, and the service in our area is good.

Please any help is appreciated.
