What a rubbish service or lack of service, terrible broadband and no support unless you want to wait for hours and get a lack lustre response from inadequate staff reading of a script.
it supports my reasoning for moving away from this company very poor.
22 years a customer and they don't care about you.

I agree two days I've been trying to speak to someone, last night when I got through the person told me they couldn't help and would transfer me to someone else. Waited 20 minutes after being transferred then unfortunately it went past 2000hrs where they closed and cut me off.
skys customer service has taken a turn for the worse

No thanks I'm not wasting anymore time and money trying to stay with Sky who suggest they provide a good service knowing that they don't. I'm moving to a more reliable company
