Customer service number issue
Does anybody have the sky customer service number that works! The one they keep listing says the number is not recognised.

Just dial 150 (free) from your Sky Talk landline which is bundled into your broadband package. Sky don't allow the posting of other numbers on here I'm afraid.
Firstly though is your broadband issue something we can advise you on?

when you call sky support, the ivr is not super advanced. Speak very slowly and very clearly using one word answers. Complaint. Broadband. TV, that kind of thing. It won't understand full sentences but you have to persevere otherwise you'll take the sky happy path and just hang up! If you want to speak to someone, use single words only.
