What's the credit for please?

Hi, after closing my broadband account there is a credit left on my account. I thought it would be automatically refunded but its been quite some time now. Any help would be appreciated

Refunds after cancelling a subscription should normally take about 6 weeks from the last day of connection, although posts on here suggest it’s taking longer ~ Note: (and what would have been the next payment date also has to have passed).

You will need to call Sky Ireland I'm afraid. We can't escalate this to the Community Messaging Team.

Sky Ireland should be able to refund it within 3-5 WORKING days (longer if you've cancelled your payment method).
