This is just a suggestion for Sky Internet broadband ideas for any Sky developers or engineers just a suggestion using Sky mobile as a backup SIM card in the broadband hub like a hybrid connection if the hub or BT are doing updates a Sim card with a data plan on it and a small box Wood connected to the broadband as a backup . that means that you're always connected 24 7 365 days a year this is just an idea for your developers boredband high importance to peoples lifestyle for medical for small home technology and security systems to have a connection 365 days a year 24 seven is the highest importance dear CEO of Sky. This is just a suggestion many companies now offer a mobile SIM card backup box which connects to the broadband. If the Internet goes down this means you still have Internet well BT are fixing the line or sky engineers are fixing the line. It's just an idea but it would make Sky even better constant connections with this future technology If you want an idea on a box contact me got a few ideas 4G or 5G SIM card and I'm willing to pay extra money for this which if it goes into contract covers you can transfer data over to cover in your piggybank makes sense
plus it would given advantage to your company

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more
Sky Business Broadband has 4G failover as an extra cost option (via the rather crude bodge of a USB cellular dongle in the back of the Business Hub)

Sky has chosen not to offer this on their domestic broadband service, possibly to maintain product differentiation.

I know it doesn't offer this type of broadband, but it's a good idea for the future
