Hello, today they came to install the internet and it doesn't work for me.

@CorinaTomica What was the activation date that sky gave you for the broadband, is this a new install, an upgrade to exising, moving to new fttp, etc.

It can take up to midnight for the full activation to happen. If you have a sky hub was it working when the engineer finished?
