Conversion nightmare

Anyone thinking of switching to SKY?

Well, don't, the process is appalling. On conversion day we had no working internet or phone line and we are left in a standoff between SKY and Openreach, one saying its the line, the other saying its the router.

They don't seem to consider the customer at all. We are just left in Limbo.

@Stoneybloke its no comfort but the vast number of switches go smoothly and you have been unlucky. Openreach engineers blaming Sky's hubs is common as it gets them out of your home. You should becdue compensation see Customer Auto-Compensation | Sky Help | Sky.com
