We are having issues with our old EE broadband who have not been cancelled from yourselfs when we moved over to you and now I have 2 EE bills! I thought sky would take over the outstanding bills when we moved over.

As this is a customer helps customer forum you will have to contact EE to manually cancel your account as clearly something has gone wrong during the changeover.
