Contract, speed
Hi there, hope you're well today. Could you please tell me when does my contract ends up? Also would like to ask you one thing, as I am really disappointed with the service, my broadband goes very very poor with every little rain or wind, I started to think about cancelling my contract. Question is would I be charged for exiting it before the end of it, even tho I'm very unsatisfied with the service. Thank you.

You haven’t contacted Sky by posting here. This is a customer ▶️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other customers. Your subscription ends when you cancel it otherwise it's the discounted minimum term that ends.

You need to contact Sky about the issue but usually if you try to cancel whilst still in a minimum term deal you might have to pay an early termination charge (Sky should notify you if you do and how much they’ll charge).
