Contract renewal/upgrade router update
I am due to renew my contract and I have the older WiFi 5 router. We are having full fibre installed in the area right now but I can't get it yet. If I renew and then it becomes available do you get a new router as part of the upgrade to Gbs. It seems new customers get it straight away but I'll need to pay for WiFi max if I want it.

That's correct, if you currently have a Sky Broadband Hub.
