Contract information
I have sky broadband and I want to get rid of it because for what I'm getting it's expensive and the service and speeds are rubbish.
My contract ends at the end of January 2027.
How does it work with leaving early and termination charges etc
EE say they will sort all of this out but I'm not sure how it works?
I can't find anything on my bill about leaving early etc

You'd pay Sky any relevant early termination fee, and then claim back a contribution towards that cost from EE as a credit on their billing (which will be capped and so may not cover the full amount)
It's important to understand that the payment to Sky goes out as a single cash lump sum but isn't repaid by EE in the same way.

I'd also note that if there isn't FTTP available at the address, EE couldn't offer any different speed to what Sky is providing.
