Continuous incorrect password msg

My broadband went live this morning, all lights are green on the hub. Every time I try to join the network it keeps say "incorrect password" I'v checked the password over & over again but no joy. I know you can change the password but only if you're connected to broadband, but I can't connect to broadband 🤦🏻‍♀️

Try the factory reset here - Find, change or reset your hub password | Sky Help | Sky.com

Passing on the tips I have learned in over 24 years as a more than satisfied Sky customer.
