Continuous broadband issues (no internet)

Please can you solve the internet issues. Throughout the day we have several disconnections as we do not have internet and the device shows only 2 green lights and 2 yellow lights. .this is now happening for the last 4 days continuously throughout the day. Please fix this issue

@Jawwa  First of all you are not talking to Sky, but other customers like yourself. This is a customer to customer mainly based community forum.

 

Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
