Continuing connection issues

Hi there

as per my call yesterday, since upgrading to fibre to the premises, I regularly have to reset all of my devices. And have ongoing issues with the router not giving out ip addresses. The sky q box has a wired connection and regularly has no connection throwing the whole house system.

the chap I spoke to yesterday said that I could have a replacement upgraded router supplied. We pay for broadband plus so shouldn't have these issues at all let along regularly. Please can the new router and engineer visit be arranged urgently so that the system that we pay a lot for works properly.

@Ben79watson Sorry, when you post like you have on the Forum, you are only talking with Customers like yourself, you need to call sky CS direct and speak with them! 8am to 8pm are the opening times!
