Continued intermittent loss of internet connection daily
I am just so sick and tired of losing my internet connection especially when I'm trying to complete very important things that are essential for my family and my work. I constantly have to troubleshoot the issue with no help or actual solutions and I am just so fed up with getting a response stating that there is no issues or problems with my broadband and WiFi. I can say irrefutably that I am experiencing issues and have been for months and I am now at my limit!! I get no help and pure excuses from "You have not been in contact with an advisor. " ( What happened to calls being recorded?) to there is no issue in your area. What happened to decent customer service and loyalty to the company.

@Chelbaz
You aren’t communicating with Sky by posting on here. This is a customer ➡️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other Sky customers.
As you've posted at 5am, is this just an overnight loss?
When there are issues between midnight and 7am it's quite possibly going to be essential overnight maintenance taking place which is carried out then to minimise disruption as most customers are asleep.
NOTE: I only provide help on the forum boards so Direct Messaging is switched off
