Continued WiFi

Hello, I hope you are well, I am writing because of continued connection issues which are affecting WiFi and TV. An engineer was sent to fix this issue outside my property last week however since then the TV still is continuously not working and then working again. The app keeps detecting failed connection but then registering it working. I am unable to get consistent TV connection. I hope you can help. Thank you in advance.
