Continued WiFi problem

We've had issues with this wifi since we moved here 6 years ago. We now have no phone signal so it has highlighted how bad it is. I'm sat next to to my partner and trying to send a WhatsApp and it won't send. We need one more attempt to sort the issue or we'll have to give up and try another supplier. Connection continually drops and have had engineers round who don't fix the issue. We want to use you but can't keep paying for something we don't get to use.
