Continue button grayed out

Hi I'm trying to order a broadband package, but when I go to My Basket the continue button is grayed out and I cannot go any further. I've tried logging out and trying again a few times but to no avail. Has anyone any ideas?

Sky's online store is a web of mystery sometimes. I would try a different browser in incognito/private browsing. If that doesnt work you may need to call to process the order.
