Continual dropping of WiFi

My WiFi is continually dropping, it happens several times a day.

Mine is the exact same. Dropping out multiple times a day. Poor connection when it is connected. Really frustrating considering we upgraded the WiFi and upgraded to sky glass too, which means no Internet no TV now
