Contacting sky

I want to contact sky via email or chat as I'm getting no where on the phone with them they just keep avoiding the problem, 

 

I've had sky engineers out and by engineers and my doors is still rubbish, im

oj the price guarantee and it's still dripping I can't seem to find an alternative way to contact them
