Constantly Slow Internet Speed Since August

Hi Sky Community Team,

 

I hope this message finds you well.

I am reaching out to seek assistance regarding a persistent issue I have been experiencing with my broadband service.

I have been subscribed to a 500 Mbps plan, but my actual speeds have consistently been below 70 Mbps across all devices since August, both wired and wireless.

 

Here are some steps I have already taken to troubleshoot the problem:

  1. Reset all my devices multiple times.
  2. All the light signal are normal
  3. Connected my computer directly to the router using a LAN cable, yet the speed remains below 70 Mbps.

Despite trying these measures, the issue continues, and I am unsure how to proceed.

Could you please help?

I would greatly appreciate your advice.

Update...Just called the hotline and troubleshoot for 45 mins.
They will post me a new router, hope this help...
