Our broadband/internet goes off at least five times a day - always at lunchtime and early evening being two of the most common times.
We have had engineers round who have said nothing is wrong but it is constantly doing it.. Surely they can tell from their end that it is happening.
Why are we paying for such a rubbish service that really needs to be sorted.
