Constant poor signal on our Stream Service

We are constantly receiving poor reception on our Stream service. We either have a pixalated or frozen picture, I've completed all the steps on the app to try and solve it. Some times it solves it for that day but then we need to go through it all again. After doing the service checks always says everything is fine, but that's not the case. My are currently having to watch TV through the Sky app but using our data as the WiFi keeps dropping
