2 loads of Engineers come out and haven't made anything better, constant packet loss and ping spikes , any help?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreFor starters you are running the speedtest over WiFi which is not an accurate measurement of your broadbands performance since Sky only guarantee the connection over a cable. Can you run a speedtest on a device connected via ethernet?
Can you also post your router stats

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreYeah 2mbps over WiFi isnt great but a WiFi issue & a line issue are two completely separate things that require different solutions so you need to know which one is the actual culprit.
Your speedtest over ethernet & stats look fine other than the DL speed being low but I suspect thats due to other devices using the bandwidth. Ideally you need to run the test on a quiet network e.g. disconnect all other device first.
