Firstly, unplug the hub for 10 minutes and then reboot.
Have a look at the following to see if they can resolve your problem easily if no success with the above, you can also use the MySky app. If not you may need to consider either the Sky WiFi Max add-on package or perhaps purchasing a 3rd party mesh system (which remains yours regardless of ISP used).

Thanks. I've restarted the router a few times and with no success and also I don't see why I should upgrade to not have internet dropouts.
I have tried the app which says everything is fine but it still drops and even dropped while running it.
A new router may solve the problem as that's the only issue I can believe it to be but any advice appreciated.
