New router has made it worse drops out every morning and evening need engineer

@Shillingsford you are not talking to Sky by posting in the forum. The quickest way to get an engineer to check your line is to run the connection test in the. My Sky app which if it finds a fault will book an engineer for you. Otherwise call Sky.

I feel like I'm in the same position, no internet/WiFi for the last 2 hours but this is nothing new paying for a service that's spotty at best while the connection checker always says there is no issue, absolutely ridiculous.
